📝 Job Description
VITAMASQUES UAE is hiring Supply Chain & E-Commerce Operations Specialist in Dubai. This role involves working across global time zones (UK, US and beyond) and requires someone who is proactive,and comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a fast paced environment.
🛠️ Responsibilities
Manage Amazon Seller Central, Shopify and Tiktok Shop.
Create, manage and optimize listing in Amazon, Shopify and other E-Commerce platforms.
Manage B2B partners and portals.
Coordinate and schedule stock appointments to and from warehouses, including Amazon FBA, TikTok FBT and other platform fulfillment services.
Create daily, monthly and yearly stock reports, sales reports and analytics data.
Inventory Management.
Conduct last mile operations coordinating with logistics team.
Create and analyze marketing campaigns

🎯 Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics or E-Commerce operations.
Experience in Amazon FBA.
Proficiency in Shopify, Amazon FBA, FBM and TikTok Shop.
Excellent experience in ERP systems.
