GMC is looking for a experienced HVAC Technician in Dubai
🛠️ Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system efficiency.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC units.
Replace defective parts such as motors, compressors, filters and thermostats.
Test systems for proper operation, airflow and safety compliance.
Read blueprints, technical diagrams, and manufacturer manuals.
Monitor refrigerant levels and handle refrigerant recovery in compliance with safety regulations.
Ensure all work follows local codes, safety standards and environmental guidelines.
Provide cost and time estimates for repair or installation work.
Respond to emergency service calls and troubleshoot urgent issues.
Keep detailed records of maintenance, repairs and system performance.
Advise customers on energy efficiency, system upgrades and preventive measures.
Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace in safe and clean condition.
Coordinate with supervisors, engineers and other team members for project completion.
Stay updated with new HVAC technologies, tools and industry best practices.
