Update and check guest information into the system after a complete checked in, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Provide professional and friendly service to guests.
Conduct regular room inspections to ensure all rooms meet the hotel high standards before guest arrival.
Register and process checked in for all arrivals.
Resolve guest complaints and requests professionally.
