Careem is hiring highly professional Category Executive in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the grocery industry, has strong attention to detail and is interested to grow their skills in category management and commercial operations.
🛠️ Responsibilities
Assist in planning and implementing category strategies to meet sales and profitability targets.
Monitor product performance, sales trends and stock levels to ensure healthy inventory turnover.
upport negotiations with suppliers and vendors for pricing, promotions and product availability.
Coordinate with the marketing team to develop campaigns, product displays and promotional activities.
Analyze customer insights, market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Prepare sales, inventory and margin reports for management review.
Ensure product listings, descriptions and pricing are accurate across all sales channels.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Monitor and resolve supply chain or stock availability issues.

🎯 Requirements
Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as Category Manager.
Excellent communication skill.
Proficiency in Ms Office including Ms Excel.
