End of Service Calculator Dubai

In the Dubai, workers who complete at least one year of service are entitled to receive end of service benefits, also known as Gratuity. If a worker has days off without pay, those days aren’t counted when calculating the service period. Employers can subtract any money owed by the worker from their gratuity payment. Gratuity in the Dubai is calculated using 21 days’ wages for each year of the first five years worked, and 30 days’ wages for each additional year thereafter.
