Responsibilities
  • Excellent in maintaining report logs of  processing or completed work.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, plans and work orders.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Coordinate meetings or appointments.
  • Assist HR and administrative teams with paperwork and documentation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma will be added advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as office coordinator.
  • Strong communication skills and coordination abilities to work with client, engineer and field technicians.
  • Experience in MS office.
