Responsibilities
- Excellent in maintaining report logs of processing or completed work.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, plans and work orders.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Coordinate meetings or appointments.
- Assist HR and administrative teams with paperwork and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma will be added advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as office coordinator.
- Strong communication skills and coordination abilities to work with client, engineer and field technicians.
- Experience in MS office.
