Job Description
Hydrojet Technical Services and Contracting LLC looking for dynamic and skilled professionals to join their team. They are conducting a walk in interview for the position of female admin with minimum 2 – 5 years experience in Facilities management/MEP/Call Center works.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance and repair activities related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, ensuring timely servicing and smooth facility operations.
- Handle incoming service requests, coordinate with technicians, and ensure prompt resolution of facility-related issues through an organized call center system.
- Manage vendor contracts, procurement of facility-related supplies, and maintain inventory for MEP and administrative needs.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations, conduct routine inspections, and maintain necessary documentation for audits and certifications.
- Maintain records, generate reports on facility maintenance, MEP work progress, and call center efficiency while supporting management with administrative tasks.
