Install new conventional and advanced X-Ray machines at different Customs Inspection locations as per the business requirement in order to meet Dubai Customs compliance regulations.
Establish periodic contact with the vendors who have provided the specialized equipment like HAMZAT, etc. For regular servicing and maintenance.
Diagnose & rectify the Mechanical and technical problems as part of maintenance cycle and inform Chief Technician about the defects in order to plan the maintenance program.
Study equipment and machine brochures to learn the accurate way of Installation and follow the right procedures for equipment longer life.
Perform periodic checks on the equipment and machine in order to ensure their performance levels are as per the agreed standards to support the Inspection operation.
Repair and replace defective equipment parts with necessary spare parts and consult Chief Technician for any complex repairs.
Maintaining machine maintenance and status records of every equipment and their service history for future reference.
Test new machinery and equipment and ensuring its mentioned features are available as prescribed by the Vendors and for its maximum use.
Recommending machine replacement as and when required.

Minimum two to three years experience in the area of installing , servicing X-Ray machines and specialized equipment.
