Responsibilities

• Plan and organize daily stores workload and complete required shift reporting and administration.
• Support fulfillment management by tracking operations and meeting targets.
• Promote a positive relationship with customers by providing excellent customer service.
• Address and resolve fulfillment-related customer inquiries or issues.
• Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce errors in order fulfillment.
• Train and guide fulfillment staff to maintain high productivity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Logistics.
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Experience in warehouse operations, basic inventory management and team supervision.
