Key Responsibilities for Sales Specialist
- Identify and engage potential customers through various sales channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase value propositions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on sales inquiries.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies.
Qualifications & Skills for Sales Specialist
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, business development or a similar role.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
