Job Description
We are looking for motivated Sales Associate to drive sales and revenue growth for our company. The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to promote our products and services.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings and value proposition.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to support sales initiatives.
Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities in CRM software.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry.
Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
