Responsibilities for Relationship Officer

• Sell banking products like savings accounts, credit cards and personal loans.
• Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Explain product features and benefits clearly.
• Handle customer questions and resolve basic issues.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales.
• Work closely with team members and sales manager.

Requirements for Relationship Officer

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Previous sales or customer service experience will be added advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of banking products.
