Job Description

Responsibilities
– Providing support to the Senior Attorneys and other members of the department in preparing, revising, and finalizing written documents
– Organizing and maintaining legal documents both paper and electronic filing system
– Fill out forms accurately
– Schedule and confirm meeting
– Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
Qualifications
– Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
– Preferably with Master’s/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
– Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
– Ability to accomplish/complete a task while demonstrating a thorough concern for all the areas involved, no matter how small
– Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
