Job Description

Play a pivotal role in driving growth, optimizing operations, and ensuring the success of Cloud Kitchen’s existing brands and new brands. Collaborate closely with the Cloud Kitchen to oversee the day-to-day activities of the delivery team, while spearheading strategic initiatives to expand reach and enhance customer satisfaction.

Brand Growth and Strategy

Help expand existing Cloud Kitchen brands by identifying new market opportunities and developing tailored plans.
Develop and implement virtual brands within the Cloud Kitchen ecosystem, differentiating the brand and expanding market share.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to increase brand visibility and drive customer acquisition across all delivery platforms.

New Brand On boarding and Management

Smoothly onboard new brands into the Cloud Kitchen delivery system, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to brand standards.
Manage and coordinate with brand representatives to maintain consistent brand messaging and ensure brand guidelines are upheld across all delivery channels.
Proactively monitor new brand performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing strategies to optimize brand positioning and customer engagement.

Sales Enhancement and Partnerships

Collaborate with delivery aggregators, influences, and other relevant stakeholders to drive sales for Company Brands.
Develop and execute targeted sales promotions and campaigns to boost brand awareness and increase order volume.
Negotiate favorable terms with delivery aggregators to maximize profitability and minimize operational costs.

Menu Management and Optimization

Manage and update menus for all Company Brands, ensuring menu items are accurately reflected across all delivery platforms.
Conduct regular menu audits to ensure compliance with brand standards, product availability, and pricing consistency.
Analyze menu performance data to identify popular items, optimize offerings, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Delivery Operations and Performance

Onboard new stores onto delivery aggregators, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to platform policies and requirements.
Conduct regular store visits to train staff on delivery KPIs, SLAs, and best practices to optimize delivery performance.
Track delivery metrics, including rejections, ratings, order delays, and rider wait times, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Collaborate with Area Managers to address non-compliant stores and ensure adherence to delivery standards.
Proactively check product availability and flag defaulters to ensure customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
Monitor brand visibility on delivery portals and implement strategies to increase brand prominence and customer engagement.

Qualifications

01. Minimum Experience: 4+ years of experience in a similar role, in the F&B industry
02. Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or a related field
03. Proven ability to oversee and manage a team of delivery staff
04. Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
05. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
06. Experience with virtual Kitchen delivery management systems
07. Experience in managing virtual brands and developing brand strategies.
08. Familiarity with food delivery aggregator platforms and their policies
09. Experience in conducting store visits and training delivery teams.
10. Knowledge of delivery performance metrics and KPIs
11. Expertise in menu management and optimization
