Plutas Group seeking an experienced IT Manager to independently oversee our IT department. The ideal candidate will possess a wide range of IT skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work autonomously. IT Manager Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent communication with the IT Department, providing regular updates and seeking assistance when necessary.
• Assist in planning, designing, documenting, and implementing various systems, including laptops, servers, network equipment, and software applications.
• Perform on-site and remote technical support for hardware and software issues.
• Provide direction for IT team members, assign tasks, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Design training programs and workshops for staff to promote IT literacy and effective technology use.

IT Manager Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT industry.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA will be added advantage.
• Strong understanding of hardware and software systems, including servers, networking, operating systems, and productivity software.
