Job Description

Adina’s Coffee Shop is hiring for a skilled and passionate Head baker. The ideal candidate will have experience in baking, managing the whole kitchen and staff, while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Guide and supervise the junior bakers.
• Follow recipes and develop new menu items as needed.
• Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries and doughnuts.
• Manage ingredient inventory and order supplies as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a baker.
• Baking or culinary certification will be added advantage.
• Strong Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients and decorating skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
