Job Description

Aramex UAE is hiring for a Contact Center Executive in United Arab Emirates. The Contact Center Executive is responsible for providing outstanding customer service by handling inquiries, resolving concerns and offering accurate information about services.

Responsibilities
  • Track customer shipments to answer inquiries for updates on products.
  • Initiate telephone calls with the customers to gather initial information about delivery address and preferred timing for shipment delivery.
  •  Answering Customer calls in case of customers complaints related to a non delivered or delayed shipment or any inquiries related to general or personalized service or products.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as Contact Center Executive.
  • Excellent communication skills.
