ENGIE Solutions Middle East is looking for a experienced cleaning supervisor in Dubai. he Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of cleaners, assigning tasks, inspecting work, and maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities.
• Assign tasks and monitor staff performance to ensure quality cleaning.
• Maintain cleaning schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory.
• Report any maintenance issues or needed repairs to the management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
