Job Description
01. Provide direct and indirect customer service (ex: handling customer goods and bagging, assisting in other instructed store activities, maintaining cleanliness & orderliness at checkouts)
02. Ensure proper usage of POS systems, Bank POS other equipment at checkout with care and diligence
03. Contribute towards store sales through suggestive selling and upselling
04. Register online/ home delivery sales transactions and coordinate with deliveries as per requirement
05. Proper registering of transactions through the POS system by handling cash and valuables and operating/ registering transactions in various modes with no discrepancy in the transaction.
