Job Description

Dnata is hiring cargo telesales executive in Dubai. As Cargo Telesales Agent promote all principal airline products and services for dnata and to provide comprehensive sales support and information service such as freight rates, flight details and bookings to cargo agents to ensure the products are well promoted in the market.

Responsibilities

• Conducts calls and follows up on the existing ones to identify new revenue opportunities and maintain existing accounts.
• Works with sales team regularly to verify lead information, airline rates, schedules, capacity and feeding back market data to ensure the accuracy and availability of data in a timely manner.
• Builds and maintains relations with existing sales leads and decision makers by providing them with prompt and professional service.
• Develops reports regularly which include information on the number of the outgoing calls, outcome purpose and follows up on list of opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Cargo and Logistics.
• English language skill and excellent communication skills.
