- Monitor and improve school administrative systems and processes.
- Provide guidance to administrative staff to ensure effective school operations.Assist in managing faculty recruitment, on boarding, and professional development.
- Support student services, including admissions, records management, and counseling coordination.
- Advise on budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
- Oversee procurement processes and school facility management.
- Ensure transparency and efficiency in school expenditures.
