Job Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls, emails daily.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval.
  • Manage and organize daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members or executives.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace.
  • Support various administrative projects and contribute to team initiatives.
Job Qualification

Minimum 1 years of experience related administrative role.

Strong written and communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other MS office tools.
