Responsibilities
- Track and manage transactions related to leasing, property management, and development projects.
- Oversee and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processing.
- Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring all financial records comply with regulatory standards.
- Generate detailed reports for stakeholders, highlighting key financial metrics and insights.
- Prepare and review monthly, weekly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a accountant.
- Experience in MS office and Tally.
- Bachelor’s degree/CA, ACCA will be added advantage.
