Job Description for Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding

Al Fares Cargo Service and Clearance LLC is looking for Sales Executive to join their Freight Forwarding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships and promoting their logistics and freight solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of international shipping, customs procedures and supply chain management.

Responsibility for Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding
  • Develop and grow new business opportunities in freight forwarding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Understand client logistics needs and offer tailored freight solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals and quotations.
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure service excellence.
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms and close sales agreements.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities and industry regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Qualifications for Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding
  • Proven sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain.
  • Strong understanding of international trade, customs clearance and shipping documentation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
