Job Description
We’re currently looking for a Receptionist to join our team. In this role you’ll be responsible for assisting our team by greeting and meeting patients, carryout administrative duties and tasks.
Responsibilities
- Answer and forward incoming phone calls.
- Assist suppliers or visitors with accurate information and inform staff members of their arrival.
- Update internal calendars.
- Stationery Management.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a receptionist.
- Proficient in speaking English & Arabic will be added advantage.
- Customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
