Job Description
Bizrahmed Centers LLC is currently looking for a Receptionist to join their team. In this role you’ll be responsible for assisting our team by greeting customers, carryout administrative duties and tasks, diary management as well as assisting our customers with their questions or queries in person or via the telephone.
Job Responsibilities
- Answer and forward incoming phone calls.
- Assist suppliers or visitors with accurate information and inform staff members of their arrival.
- Greet and welcome customers.
- Update internal calendars and schedule or reschedule.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience as Receptionist.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
