Job Responsibilities for Maintenance Plumber
- Troubleshooting problems with residential or commercial plumbing systems, including fixing leaky pipes, clogged drains, and malfunctioning water heaters.
- Installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems.
- Keeping accurate records of services rendered, materials used, and hours worked.
- Working with a team of plumbers and apprentices to complete larger jobs, ensuring all work is done efficiently and to the highest standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 year of experience as maintenance plumber.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and installation techniques.
