Laptop Technician

ScorpionFix is hiring skilled Laptop Technician with chip-level repair experience to join their team in Dubai. Candidates must have in-depth knowledge of motherboard diagnostics and repairs.

Responsibilities for Laptop Technician

• Repair or replace faulty components. (e.g., screens, keyboards, batteries, motherboards).
• Perform system installations, updates and configurations.
• Clean and maintain laptops to ensure optimal performance.
• Backup and restore data as needed.
• Provide technical support and clear communication to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
• Order and manage parts inventory.

Qualifications for Laptop Technician

• Proven experience as a laptop or computer technician.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS and basic networking.
• Skilled in soldering, disassembly and diagnostic tools.
• Good communication and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, OEM training) preferred.
