Job Description
The Junior Crewing Officer assists in various aspects of crew recruitment, documentation management, and crew planning.
Working under the guidance of the Crewing Officer and Manager, this role supports the smooth operation of crewing activities and maintains compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
Preferred with first successful experience in an administrative clerk position (Fresh candidates with strong aptitude and willingness to learn are welcome)
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Proficient in English, both written and spoken
Strong data analysis and presentation skills
Basic knowledge of accounting and record-keeping
Key Responsibilities
Support document verification, profile creation, and contract administration for crew members.
Administer flag endorsements, seaman book applications, and vessel endorsements as required.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all crewing activities.
