Key Account Manager

The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key customers to drive business growth. This role involves strategic planning, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. The KAM will collaborate across departments, including sales, marketing and logistics, to ensure the timely delivery of products/services and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities for Key Account Manager

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and increase sales by offering tailored solutions.
  • Act as the lead point of contact for all key customer matters, including escalations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products and services.
  • Prepare and present regular account reviews, sales forecasts and performance metrics.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms to maintain profitable business relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to proactively address customer needs.

Qualifications for Key Account Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in account management or sales.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Logistics Manager

The Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing the end to end logistics process, including planning, coordination and execution of supply chain operations. This role ensures the efficient and cost-effective movement of goods, while maintaining high service levels and meeting customer expectations.

Responsibilities for Logistics Manager

  • Plan and coordinate the transportation and delivery of products to customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Manage relationships with third party logistics providers, including negotiating contracts and monitoring performance.
  • Oversee inventory management, warehousing and distribution processes to minimize costs and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize delivery routes, reduce operational costs and enhance supply chain performance.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in logistics operations.

Qualifications for Logistics Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and warehouse management systems (WMS).
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations and best practices.

Marketing Executive

The Marketing Executive is responsible for implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads and increase sales. This role will assist in the development of marketing campaigns, manage digital marketing channels and analyze campaign performance to ensure marketing goals are met.

Responsibilities for Marketing Executive

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote products or services.
  • Create and manage content for digital marketing channels, including social media, email and website.
  • Analyze market trends, customer preferences and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create marketing materials (brochures, banners, etc.) that align with the company’s brand identity.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential customers.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Support event management for trade shows, conferences or product launches.
  • Manage and update the company’s social media platforms and website.

Qualifications for Marketing Executive

  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM and Google Analytics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
