Intern MEP Computational Programmer

EGIS UAE is looking for a motivated MEP Computational Programmer Intern to support their engineering and design teams in automating workflows, optimizing MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems and developing custom computational tools. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about computational design, scripting and building automation solutions for MEP engineering.

Responsibilities for Intern MEP Computational Programmer

Optimize energy, HVAC, and lighting system designs through computational methods.

Work closely with MEP engineers to identify pain points and develop data-driven solutions.

Implement data analysis and visualization tools for MEP project insights.

Assist in testing and improving in-house computational tools.

Document workflows and create tutorials for internal teams.

Qualification for Intern MEP Computational Programmer

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Architectural Engineering or a related field.

Basic knowledge of MEP systems and their applications in building design.

Experience with data analysis, automation, or generative design is a plus.
