Job Description

DANUBE is seeking a talented Indoor Sales Advisor to join their team and specialize in selling ceramic tile products. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting the right tiles for their needs, provide expert advice on designs and materials and ensure a smooth sales process.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom, understanding their tile requirements for residential or commercial projects.
• Provide detailed information on tile materials, styles, colors, sizes and installation requirements.
• Prepare quotations, process sales transactions and manage order documentation.
• Work closely with designers, contractors and architects to support their tile selection process.
• Handle customer inquiries and follow up on leads to drive sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, preferably in tiles, flooring, home improvement or interior design.
• Strong communication skills.
• Team player with excellent organizational skills.
