Electrical Engineer Jobs in KSA

Aramco Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Engineer to join their engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing and supervising the manufacturing and installation of electrical systems and components. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the reliability and efficiency of electrical systems used across various applications such as power generation, control systems, communications and lighting.

Responsibilities for Electrical Engineer KSA

• Design, develop and implement electrical systems for residential, commercial, industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Prepare technical drawings, electrical schematics, system layouts and specifications using software tools such as AutoCAD, ETAP, MATLAB, or Revit.
• Perform detailed electrical calculations and simulations to ensure system performance, efficiency and compliance with design standards.
• Collaborate with other engineers and departments to integrate electrical systems into larger engineering projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments and system evaluations to determine project viability.
• Supervise installation, commissioning and maintenance activities of electrical systems.
• Inspect completed installations to ensure compliance with codes, specifications and operational requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to power distribution, control systems, motor drives or circuit failures.
• Prepare cost estimates, technical reports, proposals and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies, best practices and advancements in the electrical engineering field.
• Support the continuous improvement of engineering practices and processes within the organization.

Requirements for Electrical Engineer KSA

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in an electrical engineering role, preferably in (industry type: e.g –  construction, power systems, manufacturing, etc.).
• Proficiency in engineering software tools such as AutoCAD, MATLAB, ETAP, or similar design platforms.
• Familiarity with electrical power systems, control systems, transformers and circuit breakers.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
