FRIO is seeking for a E-Commerce and Retail Operations Specialist to manage and grow FRIO’s relationships with key retailers. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing e-commerce platforms, inventory control, order fulfillment, and customer service, ensuring seamless day to- day operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, organizational abilities and a passion for enhancing the customer shopping experience.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain e-commerce platforms and retail point-of-sale systems.
Oversee order fulfillment processes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
Monitor and manage inventory levels across online and physical stores, coordinating with supply chain teams to prevent stock shortages.
Collaborate with marketing teams to execute online campaigns, including promotions, discounts, and new product launches.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to improve shipping efficiency.
Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, retail operations, or a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in sales forecasting and data analysis.
Knowledge of inventory management systems and retail operations best practices.
