Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the operations, including record keeping and handling phone inquiries.
- Ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Assist applicants in filling out application forms and guide them through the process.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively, striving to resolve as per customer’s satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as customer service officer.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computer applications.
