Credit Control Officer

GAC Group is looking for a talented Credit Control Officer in Sharjah. Ideal candidate requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to maintain positive relationships with clients.

Responsibilities for Credit Control Officer

• Follow up on overdue payments through calls, emails and formal letters.
• Monitor and manage customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
• Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and payments,
• Work closely with the sales and finance team.

Qualifications for Credit Control Officer

• Proven experience as a Credit Control Officer.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
