Fav Event and Exhibition Productions LLC is hiring Call Center Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues and providing excellent service that enhances customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities for Call Center Agent
  • Handle a high volume of inbound or outbound calls in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
  • Resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Meet personal/team targets for call handling, quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Stay updated on company products and services.
Responsibilities for Call Center Agent
  • Proven customer support or call center experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
