Vacancy for Business Setup Advisor
Smart Biz Setup LLC is seeking Business Setup Advisor in Dubai. The Business Setup Advisor helps individuals and companies start their businesses in the UAE or other regions. The role involves guiding clients through all steps, including choosing the right company structure, preparing documents and completing government approvals. The advisor must provide accurate information and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities for Business Setup Advisor
- Explain the types of business licenses (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore) to clients.
- Understand the client’s business needs and suggest the best setup option.
- Assist with company registration, trade licenses and other requirements.
- Prepare and submit all required documents to government authorities.
- Coordinate with immigration and PRO teams for smooth processing.
- Guide clients through visa applications, Emirates ID and banking processes.
- Keep clients updated on the status of their applications.
- Answer client questions clearly and quickly via email, phone or meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and documents.
- Stay updated on business laws, rules, and changes in the UAE.
Required Skills & Qualifications for Business Setup Advisor
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business setup or similar role in the UAE.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Professional and confident approach with clients.
