Job Description

Seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrator to support our team in daily operations. In this multifaceted role, you will assist with various administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, and help maintain efficient office operations.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence to ensure smooth communication.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation, ensuring easy access to information.
  • Provide administrative support to the management, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging travel.
Qualification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Minimum 4 Years proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
